Logging into Cubed
Overview
Cubed is a Microsoft Power Platform solution delivered as a Canvas App within your organisation’s Microsoft 365 environment. It is typically accessed via your Legal Team SharePoint site and uses Single Sign-On (SSO), meaning you log in using your standard Microsoft 365 credentials.
Accessing Cubed
To log in to Cubed:
- Navigate to your organisation’s Legal Team Site (SharePoint).
-
The exact location and layout may vary depending on your organisation.
Locate the Cubed application link.
-
This is often presented as a tile, button, or navigation link.
Select the Cubed link.
- This will open the application in your browser (or within Microsoft Teams if configured).
-
Signing In
Cubed uses Microsoft 365 authentication and does not require a separate username or password.
When opening the app:
- You will be automatically signed in if you are already logged into Microsoft 365.
- If prompted, enter your:
- Work email address
- Microsoft 365 password
Once authenticated, the application will load automatically.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Cubed is integrated with Microsoft 365 using Single Sign-On (SSO):
- Your Microsoft 365 identity is used to authenticate access
- No additional login steps are required after initial sign-in
- Security is managed through your organisation’s Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
This ensures that access to Cubed aligns with your organisation’s existing security controls and policies.
Access Requirements
To successfully log in to Cubed, you must have:
- A valid Microsoft 365 account
- Access to your organisation’s Power Platform environment
- Appropriate security group membership or role assignment (e.g. Cubed user access)
- An assigned Microsoft Power Apps Premium license
- An assigned application user role (Cubed Adminstrator, Cubed General Counsel, Cubed Lawyer)
If these requirements are not met, the app may not load, or you may receive an access error.

If you are unable to log in:
1. Not signed into Microsoft 365
- Ensure you are logged into your work account in your browser
- Try logging into Outlook or SharePoint first, then reopen Cubed
2. Access denied or blank screen
- You may not have been granted access to the app
- Contact your internal administrator or Legal Operations team
3. Multiple accounts
- Ensure you are signed in with the correct organisational account
- Sign out of other Microsoft accounts if needed
4. Browser issues
- Refresh the page
- Try opening the link in a different browser or in a private/incognito window
Tips
