List of reminders and notifications

Cubed has a series of automated notifications and reminders generated by the system to ensure seamless communication and task management throughout the lifecycle of a Matter or regarding a Contract.

These notifications are designed to keep all relevant parties, including lawyers, business users, and stakeholders, informed about Matter updates, deadlines, risks and Contract obligations, ensuring timely communication, completion and effective oversight of legal matters and contracts.

Matter Acknowledgement Upon submission of a new legal matter To: The Requestor One Time Confirm receipt of a new Matter, provide the matter number, and advise that the matter will be assigned
Matter Assignment Upon the Matter being assigned to a lawyer

Advise that the matter has been assigned and to whom.

NB, this email is triggered when a matter is re-assigned as well.

Matter Flagged At Risk Upon the Matter being flagged as At Risk

To: General Counsel

CC: The Assigned Lawyer

One Time Advises that the matter has been flagged as at risk and requests assistance from the GC to report/mitigate the risk.
Matter Closed Upon the Matter being closed

To: Requestor

CC: The Assigned Lawyer

One Time Advises that the matter has been closed.
Matter Reopened Upon the Matter being reopened

To: Requestor

One Time Advises that the matter has been reopened
Upcoming and Overdue Matters Every Weekday if the user has open matters that are overdue or due in the next 2 days To The Assigned Lawyer Daily (Mon-Fri) Advises a list of matters that are overdue or due in the next 2 days
